• Verification Data: Phone numbers, National Identity Card (NIC) details (which are verified and then securely purged or encrypted), and photos.
• Preferences: Your partner preferences and dealbreakers.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the platform, messages, and calls (we do not record audio calls).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Facilitate meaningful connections and calculate match compatibility scores.
• Verify your identity to maintain a secure, trusted matrimonial environment.
• Communicate with you regarding matches, messages, and account updates.
• Improve our algorithms and platform services.

3. Data Sharing & Privacy

Your privacy is our paramount concern. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your profile information is shared with other verified members on the platform strictly for matchmaking purposes. You control your visibility settings. If you are suspended or banned due to reports, your data may be retained indefinitely for safety reasons to prevent re-registration.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including data encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). If you cannot access the app, request deletion at kulagedara.com/delete-account or by emailing the address below, and we will process your request.
